The princess is WALKING! Not just a step here and there. She is absolutely walking. Other sources report that she has been plotting this breaking event for months now. While just a couple of days ago she took a few first tentative steps from Nanny to Mommy, and today she dangled another teaser for mom, she finally performed the show of a lifetime.
Without much ado or forewarning, baby girl simply got up, walked across the living room, TURNED AROUND, walked some more, STOPPED TO DANCE, walked some more, carefully stepped over a little bump in my rug, and finally turned her head to smile at me while clapping for herself. Of course I did not have the camera.
She did this several times before becoming bored with the whole thing. I did get her to do one final performance for the camera. It is just a small sample of what she did before.
